At Wines Unlimited, you can choose from a great selection of white, red and rose wines. All you have to do is make your selection, add the yeast to start the fermentation process and leave us to do all the hard work.
After 4 – 8 weeks (the “cooking time” depends on which wine you have ordered) your wine will be ready to bottle. This is the fun part – check out the photos on our website under Winemaking! It takes approximately 30 mins to bottle a batch of wine. Maybe a bit longer if you want to do personalized labels – which is a must if you are giving your wine to friends & family as a gift!
If you are thinking of making wine for the holiday season the ideal time to make it is during the summer. Our red wines all benefit from being aged in their bottles. Starting the process in the summer means bottling your wine in the Fall and then it has a couple of months to age and round out before serving it to friends & family at Christmas time.

We cannot finish this blog without a quick word about our Cru Speciality wines! These wines are hugely popular for Christmas. We make fantastic port style dessert wines. Our Dark Chocolate Orange port has been a firm favourite for years but the new Toasted Caramel Port is divine – it goes brilliantly with any dessert – or it can be a dessert in itself if you just pour it over some chocolate ice-cream.
